MY ORDER – Everything You Need to Know

How do I place my order?

Simply select your preferred size, color, and design on the product page, then click “Add to Cart” and follow the checkout steps.
Once your order is placed, we’ll begin production and send you a tracking number once it’s ready to ship!

How do I check my order status?

Once your order is shipped, we’ll email you a tracking number.
Please allow 8–10 business days for tracking info to update as it may take time for the shipping carrier to scan and activate the tracking. Rest assured, your order is already on its way!

Can I cancel or change my order?

You can request a cancellation or modification within 24 hours after placing your order by contacting our support team.
After 24 hours, production has likely started and we may not be able to cancel or change your order.

To modify your order, please include your order number and specify the item(s), size, or color you wish to change.

I didn’t receive a confirmation email.

Check your spam/junk folder and ensure the email you entered at checkout was correct.

Yes! Please refer to the size chart available on each product page to find your perfect fit.

PAYMENT

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Credit Cards, and Debit Cards.

When will I be charged?

Your card will be charged immediately after your order is placed.

What currency do you use?

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD), but you can checkout from any country using your local currency.

IS MY INFORMATION SECURE?

Absolutely. We use SSL encryption to protect your payment details.
Your credit card information is processed securely and never stored after the transaction.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

When will I receive my order?

All LigaWear items are made to order. Production typically takes 5–10 business days, followed by shipping time:

• USA: 2–3 weeks
• International: 2–4 weeks

Note: High-demand items or custom designs may take longer.

Can I track my package?

Yes! A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.
Please allow a few days for the tracking to appear in the system.

I never received my order – what should I do?

If it’s been over 30 days (for apparel) and your order hasn’t arrived, please contact us via our Contact Us page.
We’ll investigate and help resolve the issue promptly.

SHIPPING COSTS & CUSTOMS

How much is shipping?

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your address and order weight.

Will I be charged customs or duties?

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These vary by country, so please check with your local customs office.

LOST OR RETURNED PACKAGES

• We do not refund for lost orders due to incorrect shipping addresses.
• If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can resend it once you confirm your address. Additional fees may apply for second reshipments.

RETURN & REFUND

I ordered the wrong size/color — can I return it?

Since all items are custom printed, we don’t accept exchanges. However, if you contact us within 24 hours, we may be able to help modify your order.

I’m not happy with the product quality — what now?

If your item is flawed or misprinted, we’ll gladly reprint or refund. Please contact us with photos and your order number.

I received the wrong item — help!

We sincerely apologize! Please contact us and we’ll send you a replacement at no additional cost.

We accept custom print requests for bulk orders (minimum 20 pieces).
